Job Description:
- We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Physiotherapist with 2–4 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy care with excellent communication and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs as required.
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and infection control guidelines.
